“Kathey was very knowledgeable and effective and communicating with difficult sellers. She know when to be persistent and assertive and when to negotiate. Through her expertise, I acquired a beautiful home and a good buy. She was so helpful because I was on the West Coast. I could not personally take care of many things that were necessary for thie transaction. I feel so grateful to have met and worked with such a talented agent. Kathey is an excellent agent.”
