The county seat, priced like itself.
Franklin is where a lot of Williamson County buyers start, and where a listing price can talk them out of a house that would have fit. Downtown, the older streets off Franklin Road, and the newer sections toward Cool Springs do not behave like one market.
Kathey shows them as separate places. A 1940s house near downtown is not a comp for a ten-year-old house by the mall, even when the bedroom count matches.
